If you often travel back and forth to London on the train but you don't go regularly enough to buy a Season Ticket, the Carnet option could save you time and money.

10 journeys for the price of 9 with Carnet

A Carnet booklet gives you 10 single train journeys for the price of just nine. You can use each train ticket for one journey - Carnet consists of 10 single journey tickets which can be used in either direction e.g. Hitchin to London Terminals/Cambridge or can be used for a journey from London/Cambridge.

Train tickets are valid for three months and you can buy books of Peak (Anytime) or Off-Peak tickets to mix and match as you need.

Buy Carnet train tickets online, or ask at the ticket office of participating First Capital Connect stations.

How can I use my Carnet ticket?

To use a train ticket, fill in the travel date in permanent ink before you start your journey.

Carnet train tickets are only available from certain stations and are only valid between the station printed on the ticket and London/Cambridge.
