Accessibility at station and on-train

National Rail Enquiries have developed a service called 'Stations Made Easy' that allows customers to figure out how to get around any station if they have mobility issues (be that heavy luggage or a wheelchair).

Customers can ask for a route plan through a station taking account of their mobility limitations; the service then generates the route options and illustrates this with pictures of each stage of the route (ticket machines, ramps, etc).

Simply click on the 'Stations Made Easy' icon when viewing the station of your choice.

There are some stations where audits have not been able to be completed (e.g. due to ongoing station works) - these will be done as soon as is feasible.

National Rail Enquiries have also developed a page that highlights the facilities available on board the train classes that we operate to assist disabled passengers in planning their journey.
