Talk to us
We are committed to listening to your views to help us improve our service.
You can join our quarterly online forum to ask our senior management team the questions that are important to you or check the table below to see when managers will be visiting your local station.
Meet the Directors
Our quarterly 'Meet the Directors' online forum is a great way for you to put questions to the senior team responsible for running your rail service.
Following feedback from participants, we have changed the timing of the sessions which will now take place from 18.00 to 20.00.
We will endeavour to answer all your questions and post answers right away. Next online forum: 9 January 2014
Meet the Managers
Our ‘Meet the Managers’ sessions are your opportunity to meet First Capital Connect senior managers to ask them questions about our services.
These informal gatherings take place at stations across our network.
This year we are changing the format of the sessions in a couple of ways. We will be piloting on-train sessions during the off peak whilst at station sessions will be tailored to the issues at each location.
