Thameslink route: East Midlands Trains

First Capital Connect (FCC) services between London and Bedford will be busier than usual on Thursday 17 May due to industrial action on East Midlands Trains (EMT). A reduced EMT service will be in operation. Further action is also expected next week.

To optimise capacity on FCC trains, First Class will be declassified on southbound trains departing Bedford between 0500 and 1000 between Bedford and London Bridge / Elephant & Castle.

First Class will be declassified on northbound services to Bedford leaving either London Bridge or Elephant & Castle between 1500 and 2100.
