Performance information for First Capital Connect for the last period can be downloaded below. This information is updated on a four-weekly basis and gives a breakdown of how our train services have been running, both over the previous four weeks and over the previous twelve months.

We aim to get every train on time and are committed to improving performance every day. We have targets set out below, however we are aiming for 100% and not simply to exceed our targets.

We are committed to letting customers know how we are performing, both operationally and from a customer service perspective.
