Submit your claim online or send your completed Delay Repay compensation form (with your ticket/s,or a copy of your season ticket) to First Capital Connect at the address below.

Subject Access Request

First Capital Connect conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 in the way that it handles and stores the  personal data of its customers and staff, subject to the exemptions contained in the Act. Customers who have concerns that there may be inconsistencies in their data should write to the Data Protection Officer, FCC, 1 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9QS. Customers wishing to see any  information that FCC may hold about them must complete the Subject Access Request form and send it, together with  a cheque for £10 made payable to FCC Ltd and the required proof of identity, to the above address.
