Trains to London St Pancras International
First Capital Connect have relocated from King’s Cross Thameslink station to the fantastic new St Pancras International station complex. We are committed to creating an excellent customer experience at this iconic station, with superb new facilities, highly trained ticket office and customer service staff, and modern access to smart new First Capital Connect platforms and Thameslink route train services.

St Pancras International, which combines iconic Victorian architecture with state-of-the-art facilities, aims to redefine the railway station for the 21st Century. Not only will it make its mark as a magnificent railway station, it will also be a truly grand retail and hospitality destination in its own right and a memorable place to meet in London. In addition to hosting a choice of quality retail outlets and coffee shops, St Pancras International is home to Europe’s longest champagne bar.

Where is it all happening?
St Pancras International is only a 5 minute walk from King's Cross Thameslink and is right next to London King's Cross Mainline station.

St Pancras International is served by six Underground lines – Victoria, Northern, Piccadilly, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan – so you’ll be spoilt for choice for connections in and around the Capital. View connections map.
First Capital Connect join Eurostar at St Pancras International
As well as excellent London Underground connections, First Capital Connect services on the Thameslink route join Eurostar (and East Midland Trains) in serving St Pancras International. The Eurostar service at St Pancras International is expected to attract over 45 million travellers annually. This exciting new continental European gateway will take travellers by high speed trains to Paris, Brussels, Lille, and Avignon as well as direct to Disneyland - and there will even be special ski trains to some of France's most exhilarating ski resorts.
This is an excellent new travel opportunity for First Capital Connect customers looking to get to the continent by train, and a great alternative to flying. We have created a strong partnership with Eurostar to offer our customers great value through-ticketing to European destinations.

Good news for Great Northern route customers too!
What’s more, the move to St Pancras International provides even greater interchange, with First Capital Connect Great Northern route services operating from King’s Cross to Cambridge, King’s Lynn, Peterborough and the communities served by our stations on these routes. With only a short walk between King’s Cross and St Pancras International, First Capital Connect customers can not only access the Eurostar terminal with ease, but can also reach other destinations on the Thameslink route, including Gatwick and Luton airports, and other destinations south from London to Brighton, and north from London to Bedford.
Will First Capital Connect tickets be affected?
It is our intention to ensure that no existing tickets such as Travelcards, London Thameslink or point-to-point Season Tickets are affected by this change and they should all be accepted at St Pancras International.
