Station car parking
Many of you drive to the station to catch your train. We offer car parking at more than 40 of our stations. All our car parks are managed by NCP (National Car Parks), and together we aim to make it easy for you to pay for your car parking.
We offer several ways to pay:
1. Pay in advance online
2. Pay on the day (call 020 3046 0010)
3. Contact NCP
There are a number of different ways to pay for your parking. All of the following can be bought online.
a) Car park season tickets
You can save money on the price of car parking by buying a car park season ticket. These are available in monthly, quarterly or annual denominations.
Note: When you pay for a car parking permit online, you will no longer receive a paper permit to display in the windscreen. The parking attendant will know you have a valid permit for the vehicle you registered from the details that appear on their hand held device. Your virtual permit will be live as soon as you have paid online and you will be able to park straight away. A car park season ticket does not guarantee a parking space, except in the case of Premier parking.
b) Weekly parking scratchcard
If you want to pay for less than a month, you may prefer weekly parking scratchcards, which are valid for seven consecutive days from the first date scratched off.
c) 10 daily scratchcards book
Alternatively, you can buy a book of ten scratchcards - each of which is valid for a day's parking on the date scratched off.
d) Premier parking
If you travel regularly with First Capital Connect and would like a guaranteed parking space, our stations offer this facility. For a small premium you can have the added reassurance of a reserved parking bay in selected car parks.
Note: Please note that when you buy any of these options online, you will automatically register for RingGo pay by phone which you can use to pay for casual parking in car parks up and down the country including First Capital Connect car parks.
Buy First Capital Connect parking services
a) Pay & Display machines
Most car parks have a Pay and Display machine where you can buy a ticket for one day's parking.
Please note that a Car Park Season Ticket does not guarantee a parking space, except in the case of Premier parking tickets.

b) RingGo pay by phone daily parking
You can now pay for up to 31 days' car parking at any of our pay and display car parks using your mobile phone:
- No hunting for the nearest machine
- No pocketfuls of coins
- No need for a ticket
- No hanging about in the rain and cold
- Text reminder before your parking runs out, so
- No rushing back - top up remotely and avoid a fine
Please call RingGo on 020 3046 0010 within 30 minutes of parking. Each car park has a unique location number which you need to quote when you pay by RingGo. The location numbers are displayed on signs in each of the car parks (in the case shown - 2200) or you can search on the First Capital Connect RingGo website.
