Thameslink route Season Ticket discount offer and refund scheme
We want to express our sincere apologies for the significant disruption you have faced on
the Thameslink route. Pay talks in late October led to a lack of available drivers which in turn
meant we had to deliver a revised weekday timetable. Your services were further impacted in
December and early January as snow and ice damaged our trains, track and signalling. We
know this has been an extremely difficult and frustrating time for you and we do recognise, and
have heard, the personal angst that this has caused you.
Throughout this period, we have offered compensation through Delay Repay. We know that
many customers have successfully claimed through this scheme; we hope you have claimed
what you are entitled to. However, due to the level of disruption you have faced, we
are offering affected Thameslink route Season Ticket holders this additional discount and refund
scheme. Please make sure we receive your application by 31 March 2010.

of the scheme. - Thameslink route Season Ticket customers who meet the required criteria and hold interavailable

discounted Season Tickets are all eligible. - Discounts will be available when buying at First Capital Connect stations and online from the
