Delay Repay

Our aim is to operate simply and efficiently by getting the basics right and providing a service which is punctual and reliable, clean and safe. Regrettably there are occasions when this is not possible, and it is important to us to understand your concerns.

To make a claim for compensation, please fill in the form below and submit along with a scanned image of the ticket(s)/receipt for the journey concerned as proof of purchase. Should you not have scanning facilities available, simply print off the Delay Repay - Claim Form and return with your original ticket(s)/receipt to the following address (we recommend that you also keep a copy for your own records):
