From Sunday 14 September, Govia Thameslink Railway took over the First Capital Connect franchise and will run the services of each route under two separate names – Thameslink and Great Northern.
If you have bought a ticket for travel after 14 September, this will still be valid. This includes Season Tickets but please note your details will be passed to the new operator who will be able to make any changes to your Season Ticket.
If your ticket is marked 'FCC only', you will be able to travel on Thameslink and Great Northern trains, but not on other operators' services.
You can no longer make claims for delays on First Capital Connect services that took place before 14 September 2014.

Please visit Your Account to claim a refund for a ticket purchased online before 14 September 2014 for travel after 14 September 2014.
Thameslink and Great Northern now run the services that used to be provided by First Capital Connect.
Unfortunately you are no longer able to collect Nectar points through our website. However, you can still collect 2 points for every £1 on your train travel booked online.
